The service center did a wonderful job in repairing my iPhone 14 Pro Max - with the back glass and panel broken due to accidental weight drop on the phone.The back glass was shattered (image attached) and the entire phone was bent. I had visited Apple service centers in multiple locations around Bengaluru, none of them accepted for repair saying Apple doesn’t support this damage, either I will have to accept a refund value of 1/5th the phone price, or buy the same device with continued warranty.iConnect Care center helped me replace the entire back panel and without any problems as well.
